So, I’ve been doing a thing…and wondering if any of my friends here have ever bought an acre of land, tore down an old dilapidated house on the property, installed a septic system, and started from absolute scratch building a home? I’m under contract on this land contingent upon the health dept clearing my permits, then I close on June 21st. I’m so scared…and excited…but mostly scared.
