Astral Travel, Anyone?

I have noted all of the suggestions given to me in the comments on FB and decided to give things a go last night.

I sat down and gave my note a look over, and remembered I have a few old books about a common topic mentioned.

I spent a few hours skimming the books before bed, so I can retain the info and think on it while I slept.

As I’m drifting off to sleep I attempt to loosely apply one of the methods I retained.

I am telling you 1000% that I do not know why anyone would want to attempt this for fun.

The loud humming in my ears, my body felt as if I was going to vibrate completely off the bed. Then BOOM like a loud crack of thunder that felt like I was being…idk broken?…separated?

I absolutely could have 💩 my pants!

It was too difficult not to break concentration when my body felt like it was about to shoot off on a rocket. I couldn’t go back to sleep for hours. None of that was remotely appealing to me.

It felt like something I just absolutely was NOT supposed to be doing. Like a f*ck around and find out type of thing.

I gave it a try. But no astral travel/biolocating/remote viewing for me, thanks!

If anyone has any insights, I’d love to hear about them in the comments. Because for now, this theory is being shelved.

I’m not quite following this one, but I love your other posts! From what I gather – People on the Facebook group said you should try different things & so you took notes. Then you found your old books about Astral Travel and decided to try it. Then the shit hit the fan.

Still liked this post, but I think it needs some more detail! Totally invested in your story now. So interesting.
