Since posting about my daughter and grandson’s mysterious forearm (and thigh) rings, several people have shared photos of their raised rings too!

Oddly enough, none of these people know what they are either.

• No known medical conditions or diagnoses.
• Men and women
• Their rings developed in childhood ranging from 3-11 years old.
• Until seeing my post they thought their rings were an anomaly that no one else had

Still haven’t found a solid theory, and not one that would apply across the board to everyone.

2 of us mamas are Asian descent (I’m part Filipino and so is she). Her daughter and mine have the rings, but in discussion with everyone else that was the only similarity we found.

So for now, it’s still a mystery.
